We deliver the Vital Link Standard First Aid/CPR Training Program. Vital Link is a WSIB approved training provider and our trainer is an approved Vital Link training agent. All training material and participant manuals are purchased from Vital Link and all ROT’s (Records of Training) are issued by Vital Link.

First aid / cpr training is mandatory for all companies regardless of size or industry. We have found through research that smaller sized companies feel they are exempt from first aid / cpr training. We often hear statements such as, “We only have three employees so it doesn’t affect us.” Think again, because it does. WSIB’s regulation 1101 lays out in detail what first aid / CPR training companies must have whether the company has 1 or 10 000 employees. In addition to first aid / CPR training requirements, the regulation also lays out that every company regardless of size must be equipped with a first aid kit. The content of the first aid kit varies depending on the number of employees.
